Sleeping issue
Submitted by Skeel on February 6, 2013 - 10:30pmI have a 7 year old male bulldog, Winston. Over the last few months he has started having kind of night terrors. He will be sleeping very soundly and then literally just jump up with a loud bark. Then he is fine. But this will happen several times within a short period of time. It happens during the day or if we are traveling. Other than being somewhat annoying, is there any reason to be concerned?

This is just a guess, but there might be some sort of noise that you can't hear that he can. Maybe a furnace noise or something from outside that happens around the same time every the night. I don't know if it's a real problem unless it bothers you especially if he seems OK after.

Doesn't sound like pain, or he'd seem more upset and for longer. They mystery of the bulldog...
