those pics made me sob.  I hope her bullies will recover and that dispicable person will pay for what they did.  Prayers going out.

I just can't come to terms with this story.....why?  What makes someone do something like this?  My heart breaks for the family and all I can think of is the unecessary pain the family & those poor dogs are going through.

I pray they catch who did this.....just awful.

I've been obsessively stalking FB waiting for updates on this story.  It breaks my heart and hurts my soul that someone was capable of doing this.

The only positive is the incredible generosity (their chipin is already over $8000.....not to mention was donated directly to the vet's office) and love and support that the fellow bulldog lovers have shared.

Horrible day.

I always find it hard to believe that there are people like this out in the world.  I hope they find who did this and they get a huge amount of time in jail.  I am sending prayers the family and bulldogs way.

Tons of prayers for Margie, her family and especially the dogs. My heart breaks for the dogs, the pain must be unbearable.

Does anyone know who did this and why? I am thinking bad throughts about that person, but am sending love and healing to the dogs and the family.

This is the latest update I've found from Margie:

Not very encouraging news for Obie & Bebe , they have a call into a burn specialist in Memphis . Bebe is in an oxy tent and just had a second dose of steroid . Her breathing is not good and Obie isnt much better . We are devastated , please pray for us to make the right choices . i do not want them suffering

everytime i read the post...tears won't stop...

whoever did this deserves to be punished to the fullest extent-it is beyond 

horrific....positive thoughts n prayers sent to all the bullies suffering from this

tragedy esp obie n bebe...i saw the pics on fb....they are beauties

and are no longer suffering.  My heart just breaks for Margie, Obie, Bebe and the other dogs.  I just can't imagine what they were thinking and how terrified they must have been.  I will have nightmares, I already have bad dreams sometimes and they almost always have one of my kids in them, in some kind of distress.  It's just so horrible beyond comprehension. 

There is talk of using the additional funds raised to help with a reward for catching this murderer and arsonist, so if you want to chip in monitarily it will go to a good cause.

Such a sad day.

i think i say it w/everyone in mind here...we are beyond grief stricken for margie and her

beautiful babies...if anyone can find out if we can help out monetarily pls post....

It makes me so upset to imagine how those poor dogs felt and how scared they must have been.  I guess it is better now that they're not suffering but still so terribly sad and tragic. I will keep the family in my thoughts.

What a horrible tragedy. Another reason I like my animals more than I like people...animals don't set each other on fire.

Family Forced to Euthanize Pets Burned in Alleged Arson Case  

What's with the use of the word ALLEGED in the title? Makes it sound as if there is a question regarding the start of the fire as if the owners actually burned their own dogs. Kind of made me disgusted with reporter.
