Penelope spends alot of time in her house...........

Does any one else find their bully likes to sit in their house/crate, even when your in the same room. instead of sitting with you. the reason I ask is it's almost like antisocial behaviour ??? Don't get me wrong she sleeps with us an spends a lot of time with us.But it's just kind of weird cause she'll be sitting with us one minute an the next thing you know she is gone an when we look for her, she'll be sitting in her house an eventually she'll fall asleep if left to herself... She has tons of toys an she gets tons of attention so I was wondering if this is normal???????

Maybull isn't a snuggly girl, but she likes to be near us. I don't think what your dog does is anti social, just a personal choice.

Farley does that sometimes too. So does our Boxer Ida.

I think it's their way to "decompress". Farley does it more on his "grumpy" days....you can just tell when you look at him he's going ot spend a lot of time in his crate. LOL

I feel a little more easy about it knowing that other bullies do the same thing also, I was just worried that my little peanut didn't have some sort of anxiety or something.

sweet boy, and there he is!!!! :-) What a SWEET pik! Hubbs and I just LOVE seeing Meaty exactly like this when he falls asleep in

his "house" (as we call it ).....Your Archie was sooo ador-a-bull, I am getting sad just knowing how much you miss him!! ((( hugs )))

And to Cory---yes, I think Penelope is being TOTALLY normal :-) They do love their crates sometimes :-) (Well, MEATY does---

Sophie not so much....LOL!!!) Sophie pretty much NEVER goes to her crate anymore, and will only sleep on our bed w/ us.... :-)

Penelope is the same she sleeps with us an only goes in her house when I guess she wants some alone time or a nap. lol
It's nice to know that I have nothing to worry about.
