NC woman arrested for dragging dog behind SUV
Submitted by Dave and Zapper on July 9, 2013 - 7:04amI can't say that I'd lose any sleep if this woman got ran over by a truck and was not killed but seriously injured followed by a long hospital stay and then some jail time.
KINSTON, N.C. —Authorities say a Kinston woman was arrested for dragging a puppy behind her SUV.
