Maybull is transitioning to a new arthritis drug. They changed the dosage slightly on her bronchial drug. She seems to have a bladder infection which is being treated with antibiotics. She may have a pinched nerve to to spinal changes typical in an old dog. She's ignoring kibble and insisting on a bland diet (ground chicken or turkey with rice.) She was still spilling and falling but only when she first got out of bed, so I bought a rubber backed throw rug and put it next to her bed so she can got off the bed and not slip. So far, that seems to be working. She's still having some breathing problems, but not as bad a as before.
I forgot to mention the special dog food to my vet but will do so when we have a follow up call.
I have two vets at the clinic. The one we saw is a hoot. She has a thick 'Fargo' accent. Oh, ya, yew betcha. But, she's a great vet.
Thanks everyone. I appreciate all your help. It's great to know people who know bulldogs and it's great to know people who care.
Thanks for the update Stephanie!!
