I've got an article due and have to finish cleaining up the yard PLUS trying out califlower recipes for Thanksgiving. But, if you're a bulldog, it's a lazy day.
Hey, pass along a good Culiflower recipe if you find one. I love Cauliflower and always like to find new ways to fix it.

Here is what I'm going to try. If it doesn't work, I'm going back to my standard califlower fried with onion and saffron.
1 head cauliflower cored and broken into florets
2 tb olive oil (more for drizzling)
salt and pepper
¼ C tahini
2 T or more date syrup or dark honey
2 T fresh lemon juice
Preheat oven to 500º. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Season w/ salt and pepper. Roast in oven for about 20 minutes
Transfer cauliflower to a platter and drizzle tahini and the date syrup over it. Sprinkle lemon juice. More is OK, too. Add sea salt if needed.
Napping is the only way to go, right Maybull?!
