Dog law is getting to be big business

"...the dog enjoyed “riding on the back of his motorcycle.” Id. at 3-4. "The case was ultimately concluded with the judge ordering joint custody of the dog as long as the “dog not be forced to wear a helmet while riding on the motorcycle” and that the dog “be allowed to continue to attend the Bible study.” Id. at 4. "This case represents an “exceptional departure” from the traditional view of companion animals as property."
