bulldog drinking more water

Your best bet...
Is to add a cranberry supplement to her diet rather than trying to make her drink more water. UTIs aren't always caused by lack of drinking water... You can buy a good cranberry supplement at Walmart for a good price. I buy one with 4500 mg cranberry plus vitamin c.
You can also filter her drinking water or use bottled water to encourage her to drink a little more if you really want to.
