Bulldogs World

I was contacted by a facebook friend whose dad wants to get a bulldog. They live in Ottumwa, Iowa – SE Iowa. I know that there are a lot of bad breeders in that part of the world and want to hook him up with a reputable breeder. Does anyone have any suggestions?
