Weird rash on belly

Hello All!

Chase is at it again, we just discovered a weird rash on his belly. He has about 6 patches that look like in grown pimples. There is one next to his bean bag that looks a little scabby. They don't seem to be bothering him.

Any idea of what this could be?

I usually sprinkle gold bond medicated powder on rashes, clears them up pretty quick.

Here is a photo of what the rash looks like this morning. Our vet told us it was likely pyoderma.

Our vet prescribed clavamox and told us to give him 1x125 mg tabled twice a day and to rub Neosporin on him once a day. It isn't working and seems to be getting worse. He has these welts on his stomach, in the groin area, and on his legs.

Any thoughts on what to do?

I still swear by gold bond powder. Is there anything he is coming in contact with that can cause a rash such as detergent, rug cleaner, floor cleaners, bug sprays, etc?
