Vaccinations at 4 y/o

Fatboy is now 4 1/5 years old. The vet said he is due for his shots. I don't remember which vaccination(s) he is supposed to have, but can anyone tell me what they're supposed to have (and don't need) at his age? I appreciate it!

and specifically come here for the old pro's advice. Trusting a search engine for this type of information is not ideal.

more vaccinations are necessary. I hate vaccinating when it may not be necessary.
