SEVERE Calcinosis Cutis Successful treatments
Submitted by suemarek on October 2, 2014 - 10:05pmCan we get any information on what has been successful treatment for others whose bulldog has suffered from severe calcinosis cutis. Our dog is 10.5 years old and has a severe case. I read a posting from 4 years ago that spoke about changing diet (pork and potatoe diet?), DSMO, Vetoryl, Coloidal Silver Spray..... What have others found to be the most successful treatment???
Yesterday skin biopsy's were taken. We have been bathing Spot in antibacterial shampoo prescribed by vet. Off all steroids meds. What else can we do for him?
