Male Puppy--9 Months old, discharge and leaking urine

My Male puppy who is 9 months old...(still not neutered) has been leaking small amounts of urine and has a little bit of yellowish/white discharge coming from his penis.  I am concerned that he may have an infection but he is not showing any other symptoms.

Anyone have any advice??

is probably smegma (sp?) which is normal for an unneutered male.  If he is leaking urine though, I would have him checked.  Hope he's ok.
