Bulldogs World

My one bulldog is have trouble with one of her ears.  She is scratching it a lot and it is read inside.  I have been treating it with Surolan but this morning I noticed that now it is also red and she has scratched it on the outside of her ear.  She does not have ear mites I had her checked.  The Surolan has helped a little but does not seem to be clearing it up.  Is there something else I can use to clear this up.  Thanks for all your help.
