Cleaning the yeast under their folds
Submitted by dinaps on January 11, 2015 - 12:14amI was wondering if anybody has a good home remedy for cleaning and getting rid of the yeast under their folds? I tried everything but nothing really seems to work?? Thanks
You can use a couple of things.
plain, brown Listerine is a good fold cleaner. Dab some on a cotton ball and wipe the folds gently. You can also use a mixture of equal parts of Apple Cider Vinegard/hydrogen peroxide/water. After you clean the folds, take a cotton ball and make sure the folds are very dry. I use a tiny dab of Desitin o help keep moisture out, bu beware, your bully will rub his/her face on anything it can after fold cleaning, and Desitin will not come off of most household items without a fight! A tiny bit of Desitin goes a long way.

Mostly coconut oil = my girl is the dirtiest thing out there, she's a dirt bomb, the coconut oil gets everything out... also chlorhexodine solution - put it in there on a cotton pad and then wipe it out 10 min later... if it gets infected, they I use some yeast infection treatments, like monistadt. I like triple paste too! It's like Desitin - diaper rash stuff works great...
