Chronic dry eye

Anyone else dealing with this? It's supposedly caused by an immune response. We've tried a couple of different eye medications with not much improvement, right now she's getting genteel eye lubricant several times a day.

We had a Lhasa apso years ago with dry eye...
The vet gave us an ointment that had cyclosporine in it and it worked well. Had to put it in daily and I seem yo remember it being a little pricey.
Tacrolimus.....
Is the best thing I have found for dry eye.

My bully has been on these without much improvement, but it has been a while so it is worth another try. Maybe she had built up a tolerance to the medication.
