Blisters

My dog Joey is constantly getting blisters on her face, today I noticed a lot of bleeding from it, we had her at the vet several times for this condition and she was put on antibiotics , it would clear up but always comes back again, I don't think her being on antibiotics is too good, anyone have any remedies?
Is it under the chin?
If so using stainless steel food and water bowls will help.
