Sores on my bulldog's face?
Submitted by Anonymous on April 20, 2010 - 9:41pmMy bulldog has some sores on his chin, and I have tried to keep it dry especially after he drinks. The vet didn't really tell us what to do about it. What can I do to get rid of those spots? They are starting to get worse and oozy. Please help me. Thanks!

Q had a major breakout when he was around 8-9 months old. I already use metal bowls and wiped his chin after he ate/drank. I got the alcohol-free stridex pads and wiped his chin twice a day. That seemed to do the trick for me. Teenage acne! lol

Wipe with original Listerine, the brown stuff. I do it everyday, and since beginning, it's made a huge difference on his chin. Also, keep wiping it dry after drinking.

If that doesn't work try diaper rash oinment. Clean first with a 50/50 vineger & peroxide solution then dry thoroughly.
