I would start with 3 ml every 2 hours.  I know that seems like a small amount, but better to err on the side of caution than to overfeed and aspirate.  If, after a couple of feedings, the pup is ready to eat again before about 2 hours, you can add another ml.  Are you familiar with tube feeding?  Feel free to email me privately with your phone number if you need help.  marshillbulldogs@yahoo.com

Tube Feeding

Here is a link that has some great tips for problem newborns. The site is from a GSD breeder, I believe, but I've copied the info and links.  http://www.leerburg.com/savepup.html

Here's the basic amounts:

Determining how often to tube and how much to tube needs to be properly calculated. A 300 gram puppy needs 15 cc's 4 times a day. Use the directions on the box and advice from your vet to determine how much to feed. It should be noted that once a pup is taken from the mother and tubed for a day or so they seem to lose the sucking instinct. This means you are in it for the long haul. It will have to be tube fed until its old enough to lap from a bowl (about 3 1/2 weeks of age).
