Just saw your post do a google search and you can read all about VMCLI including the back round of the vets.
I hope others on the board respond to you. You might try contacting LI Bulldog Rescue and see what they have to say. I know they use LIVSpecialist in Plainview. I would not recommend them as this is where I took Rocky and I had to put him to sleep due to lack of proper care. I wish I had had the time to check things out. Just do your research as you are doing.
