Ronnie's now nearly 5 months, and I love him so much I'm dying to buy another! But do I? If i do male or female and pros and cons....? Think he would love a brother.

Dear all,
I need help! My best friends stepdad Carl has had to go into a nursing home. Carl's condition (dementia) is getting worse and the nursing home says that Louie will have to find a new home asap because he can no longer walk or take care of Louie . They want me to drop him off at a shelter!

Louie is about 6-7 yrs old and has been an only dog for all his life, very well trained. He shows no aggression towards other dogs. Unfortunately my boy dog shows aggression towards other boys, otherwise I would take him.

Kinda weird but it's got a really cute bulldog.

I am very proud I own a bulldog, he's lovely so good with my children and full off character, a bit stubborn but who cares ;) but when I have posted on another forum for advise for Ronnie all I do is get bashed by other owners (not bulldog owners) saying its cruel how these dogs are still being bred because of all their problem etc and it turns into some massive debate, hense why I have joined this forum because I really am getting fed up with it!
