Weird question???? Does your bullie do this?
Submitted by amber_bub on April 21, 2010 - 12:14amHi, I have a strange question....Sometimes Bubba likes to kiss my face, he will lick it all over and not stop! And sometimes he won't even let me kiss him. What does that mean when they lick your face off your head?
He used to do it to my ex ALL the time when he came to visit. I mean he would put his paws on his chest and just lick away at his face for a long time.... I was wondering if it is a domination thing or just plain lovin?

I don't mind the heat its the humidity that
is terrible...today was terrible you could just feel the moisture in the air...yuck...lol but thank goodness for ac... when we lived in hawaii we did have some cold spells being in the mountains and the government quarters had no heat or ac, I was cold....lol told my parents who at the time lived in NY and laughed at me...until they came to visit during the rainy season and understood what I meant....lol

If I tell Bubba "come give mama kisses" he will run up and nearly knock me over with his cute face in mine! he will give me a kiss and run off! But he just loves to lick my face! Maybe he's just showing me his love. We are doing well! All seems well in Bubba land....How are you all doing? How's the gang handling the heat over there? We been lucky so far and have been having a mellow summer.

try washing your face and then sit back down and see if he still does it. (LOL I'm not insinuating you are dirty. Maybe just salty.)
Our Bentley loves to get right in your face. His favorite thing is to jump up and sit on your lap and put his paws on your chest and get nose to nose. He doesn't lick. I think he likes to smell our breath. We say he likes to "make out." LOL

must be a bulldog thing!! I wondered what the heck was so enticing about faces. You have a good point. Im gonna try to shove my face in his later on tonight after I wash my make up off and see if he does it, then I will know if it was my makeup. I wouldnt blame him if it is the makeup, it sure is expensive enough!

Booger does it to me too.
He licks nonstop all over my face until I MAKE him stop by shoving him off of me or just getting up and walking away. I think my makeup tastes funny to him or even good to him. As for your ex, maybe its dirt/sweat he is licking nonstop for the taste of. Sweat is kinda salty so maybe thats what he is after? I always assumed Booger does it to me for the taste of my makeup. LOL Silly dogs!
