I went to McDonald's this morning to get a latte and the girl hands me my latte and asks me if I want a pit bull. I said "what?" with a very puzzled look, and she asked me again. I said no, I have a dog and three cats 2 kids etc, can't take another pet. She tells me how nice the dog is and asks me again. I suggested she contact a pb rescue group if she doesn't want her dog anymore. I couldn't even believe it. She obviously doesn't care one bit who gets this poor dog. Ugh, people suck!
I'm also thinking about called that McD's and complaining. She shouldn't be doing that to their customers. It's wrong on so many levels.
Hey, you don't know her circumstances.
Altho I certainly agree that this is not the best way to place a dog, it may be that she's being ejected from her property or not allowed to keep a dog on property and got caught...whatever reason, she may have to place the dog quickly and someone who can take him would probably be a better emergency situation that sending him off to the pound, where there are already likely ten pb's waiting for homes with little space for another one! I wish people would stop breeding them...there are too many nice dogs already in the shelters.
I agree
That is not right.
