Weird tax stamps (off topic)

There were two tax stamps for legally "despensing [sic] opium, coca leaves, etc." (I had them framed.) What was the 'etc.' ? just in case you're wondering, the tax stamps expired in 1950.

Are they long and kinda blue looking, saying narctoics Internal Revenue or something like that?
The tax stamps were for Opium, coca, and their derivatives. They were in circulation from the early 1900's till late 1960 or early 1970.
every once in awhile you can find an old medicine bottle that has not been opened and the long stamp is placed over its cork as an unbroken seal or sorts
