Thanksgiving Poll--some OT

Do you prepare a special plate for your bull kids on Thanksgiving day?
If you are a cook, do you prepare a 'traditional' meal, or do you prepare a less than traditional feast?
Do you have a signature dish that everyone looks forward to?
On Thanksgiving evening are you asleep in the recliner, shopping the ads, playing games, or watching football?
And lastly, have you already purchased Christmas gifts for your bull kid?

Thanksgiving --
Do you prepare a special plate for your bull kids on Thanksgiving day?
- Usually something special - some of the turkey atleast added to her food :)
If you are a cook, do you prepare a 'traditional' meal, or do you prepare a less than traditional feast?
Traditional - sometimes I get a little 'wild' with the turkey - One year, I did a rub of Basil and Garlic under the skin, so it looked like a GREEN Turkey when I put it in the oven, But OHHHH So good. - The next year I did a 'Drunken, Pot Smoked Turkey' If you have ever done a Drunken or Beer Can Chicken, its the same idea, however with a turkey its so much larger, I had to get creative - A Foster's 'Oil Can' of Beer - set into a 4 Quart pot. The Bird sits ON the Can, with its butt and legs in the pot for stability. Oh and then toss it on the charcoal smoker - again, delicious :)

Dottie does - her Pumpkin Pies (All her pies in fact!)

Evening? who makes it to evening ! Belly full of turkey watching the Cowboys all afternoon and ZZZZZZZZZZ

Bah Humbug - lets talk this subject AFTER Thanksgiving - This Christmas Creep is getting worse and worse each year - Hell Walmart has already released their 'Black Friday' ads ! and they are opening at like 10pm on Thanksgiving !

I've never made him a special plate D: Guess I'll have to give him some turkey this year :D
Our family meals are traditional and are prepared between me and my sister in law. All of our dishes are signature because we're awesome in the kitchen =P
I'm usually comatose on the couch after dinner. I think Black Friday is a gimmick so I don't even bother with the newspaper ads. And it's highly possible that football is playing on the t.v. but I don't realy know since I'm recovering from food overload :)
I'm still deciding what to get Fatboy....not sure if he's going to get antler chews or a lump of coal this year ;-)
