Zapper passed away 1 year ago today
Submitted by Dave and Zapper on July 8, 2015 - 8:29amIt's like it was yesterday. Zapper had a massive heart attack right after eating breakfast and crawling under my desk so he could lay his head close to my feet. All I could do was get down in the floor with him, talk to him and hold him while he passed. I prayed to God that it would be quick and it was.
I'm so glad I buried him in a natural area behind my house; I still visit him every day, talk to him and I know he hears me :)

He was such a beautiful boy, his antics and sweetness will always be remembered! I love those tushie pics...they were always my favorites:-)

SO sorry....this is a tough anniversary!!! When I read your story and every time I see his pretty gravesite, I get a lump in my throat...

Dave, hubbs and I have not gone through this ---yet--- so,
that saying "I can only imagine what you're going through" is very accurate.....I DREAD the day

I used to see where other bullies had passed & I knew the day..
would come sooner or later for Zapper. I'm thankful that he passed very quick.
