I am new to the forums so I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Shaun and my wife's name is Deia. In November our first bulldog passed away. MoMo (Monique) was 11 years, 2 months and 8 days old. Can you tell I was a little attached to her? :-) On Thursday we will be taking a six hour road trip (1 - way) to pick-up the new addition to our family (definitely worth the drive). She is nine months old and her name is Layla. In six weeks we will be taking the same trip and picking-up Layla's mom, Miranda. We are so incredibly excited.
I will post some pictures of Layla once she gets settled in.

about MoMo~~~11 yrs is a great life... I have two bulldogs...our 3rd one passed away last year she was 11 also... they leave paw prints on our hearts... can't wait to see pics of your new baby

We live 45 minutes south of Chicago and picked-up the dogs near Akron, Ohio.
