Hello everyone! I am excited to be here. I am getting a baby bulldog on saturday. He is 8 weeks old. I am looking for names. I don't have pics to post as of yet. He is just wonderful. Can't wait to smell that puppy breath. I guess I will know what to name him when I get him home. I am already for him. Went shopping. Thanks so much for all the info here. It has really helped me. if its an option, make the puppy stay with its mother for at least another two weeks and spend that time researching about raising a dog and about bulldogs. good luck, and congratulations, whoever has a bulldog as a friend has a good reason to be happier in life.

He is eight weeks old. He will be coming home this weekend. I have extensive experience with boxers. Now I want a dog that fits my life style. During my research the bull dog is the one who fits. I have been researching for over a year. So, I hope I know the ups and downs of them. Thank you so much for your input.

Thanks. All the names you all said would be great. I think Stanley is top of the list. We will just have to wait and see the little guy. I saw him when he was 4wks old but that is it. The breeder has sent pics but they live a long ways. We have to get up early to make the trip. I will post pics when I take some.
