We rescued her (actually it was supposed to be a foster) and ended up keeping her. When she came to us she was terrified of everything. She didn't get off the couch for three days, literally. We brought her food and water. She was afraid of the kitchen. Now, if we are in there, so is she. She's still afraid of a lot of the outside (I'm going to try to get her OK with walks this summer) but we got her up on our 2nd story deck and she LOVE it up there now, enough to give us stink-eye.
Quigley has been teaching her some bad habits like barking. I've never had a barking bulldog before. Now, I have two.
Here's Margie's first stink-eye photo.
That picture is cute.
Proud of you Margie. Keep up the good work.
LOL! Look at that stink eye! She sure has come a long way!
What a great update, except for the whole barking thing! Thats funny, but porbably not to you!

awww.......CUTE stink-eye!!! Her story makes me SO
happy.....she is so precious!!! Aww.....so sweet that you ended up adopting her!!!
She sounds a lot like our current foster (and has the same coloring and features!!!!)
Ours went from never wanting to leave her crate to wanting to go chase squirrels around the yard, make us laugh,
jump all over the couch in exctiement, etc! I need to post a pik!!
