Lutefisk can be good. Try these recipes and if you don't like them, I'll be the bulldogs will.

Are you cooking with lutefisk? Where in the USA are you. Can you get lutefisk?

And I am still not brave enough:-) LOL! But then, I am not a big fan of any kind of fish really.
