Tear stain

We recently bought our puppy missy and seem to be getting problems with tear staining, does anyone have any recommendations which product is best to use? We are using optrx eye wash at the moment but doesnt seem to be getting any better.

The best way to get rid of tears stains is...
to use filtered water. We use a Britta pitcher and that's the only water our guys get and no tear stains. Also, grain free food is good, that can help with skin problems and allergies. We use a fish based grain free (Fromm is a good one) that has 25% or less protein.
Also...
it can take 4 to 6 weeks for them to disappear, so don't give up.
Diet and eye wipes
hello! We used malacetic wipes I got off amazon they worked great but they stink and u have to be careful not to get it into his eyes we don't use them anymore because we switched to freshpet food and they are gone!! Def don't give up I think a lot of it is diet
