I use Johnson's Baby Wash and
I use Johnson's Baby Wash and a soft wash cloth followed by desitin. If the area is a bit red/raw, I use triple antibiotic ointment until it gets better.

gracie uses....
the vet gave me medicated soap and it works great. Then I put desitin on after I wash her. Desitin is great. I also use it on some of her folds it keeps the moisture out.
