Please help.

I have 3 year old male that pees when anyBody touchs him.  we can't take anywhere or pet him at home.  

I am at.the end of the rope.    

Anyone have insight?

There is a medication called Proin that can help with incontinence caused by fear or excitement.  We had a Lhasa that did that years ago, and the meds helped.  We would also have to ignore him when we walked in the house until he calmed down enough to control himself.
