Code of Ethics - Bulldogs at Stud
A stud owner will strive to improve breeding programs to meet the American Kennel Club Standard of the Bulldog breed. They will not participate in mixed breeding or breeding Bulldogs that are not AKC or Canadian Kennel Club registered.
They will be familiar with, and abide by, all American or Canadian Kennel Club rules and regulations, and will understand the Bulldog standard.
They will not knowingly breed a dog to a pet shop breeder or dealer or other commercial outlet for resale, broker or importer, or to any person known to sell dogs to such dealers/places; They will not knowingly permit any of their dogs to be sold at auction or used as any type of prize, either directly or indirectly.
It is important to this sites integrity and the Breeds integrity to improve the breed and do it no harm, to do the best you can to insure its solid future and the care, health and welfare of the Bulldog. Stud owners breeds only mature, well-rested, healthy, high representatives of the breed.
Stud owners screen bitch owners applying for stud service; actually mating only bitches whose owners they feel confident with and about. Members use truth in advertising, sales and other dog related activities. Violations are subject to removal of ad and no refunds. In addition barring from this site any further participation.
