Conofite lotion for ear infection?

When Cash was a baby he had ringworm and the vet gave me conofite lotion - she said not to use it unless the ringworm was getting worse because his immune system would probably take care of it on its own.

I thought I remembered her saying to keep it in case I ever had wrinkle or ear infections. I just wanted to make sure I heard correctly before putting it in his ears.. Anyone use this for ear infections before?

Thanks!

What I do is

I use a flush first, then let him shake his head and clean out, then wait 15 minutes and then add a few drops into the ear and massage around the base.

Thanks - do you just put a few drops in the ear?
